I choose this King James Study Bible for a friend who is a new & growing christian.I have given this KJV Study Bible to numerous new christians over the years because it contains study notes & aids that help a christian to grow in faith and doctrine in a balanced manner.The study helps include reading aids for the KJV text and numerous definitions for those that lack a solid education and study abilities.It has easy to read print,character studies & doctrinal studies.I have personally used this KJV Study Bible as a growing christian myself and used it extensively to teach bible classes to christians of all ages and backgrounds for over 15 years.

I love this study bible! It is full of information! I not only use all of the footnotes and other references as I am reading the bible, but because this bible has a list of all of the doctrinal footnotes and the pages they appear on, I find myself using it as a kind of general reference book where I can just pick it up and look up various things that I want to understand better about the faith. I appreciate the conservative viewpoint; and the fact that this bible seems to be one that I will be growing into and learning from for many years to come.

Brand new bible that is just what I was looking for. Terrific price and everything you could ever want in a study bible.

I purchased 2 of these bibles because the advertisement specifically said they were leather bound. When I got them I immediately saw on the packaging that they were leatherette rather than leather. I have always had good results with amazon.com but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not like deceptive advertising.

This bible is not leather bound.I bought it for my daughter for Christmas.I did not have time to return it.It was a total scam in my opinion.It was difficult to tell on many of the descriptions what was leather and what was not .I was very careful to chose one that said leather bound.I was completely dissatisfied .

The King James Study Bible is a great Bible but this one was not as advertised. It was supposed to be leather but instead was
synthetic "leather like" and it did not have the ribbon bookmark
as was advertised (had no bookmark at all).

It took over a month to receive the Bible, but it finally came on the 31st of May. I did not enjoy the wait and think it could have been avoided if vendor had followed up properly on seeing that the item got mail promptly and correctly. I did receive the product and glad that I waited.
