I found the study guide very helpful. Although the questions aren't exactly like the ones on the test, they are close and if you know the material in the study guide you can pass the tests. I had a couple of tests prior to the arrival of the guide and saw my scores improve after using the study guide. I used the true/false questions the most by correcting the false questions to make them true. This way I learned the material and could answer other questions that appeared on the actual test. I would recommend the guide for those getting started in FF and want to do well on the tests.

The guide was optional for us. I choose to use it because the quizzes and tests seemed to closely follow the study guide. Basically, if you know the material in the study guide, you'll have no issues with the tests. That made it worthwhile to me and I would suggest others use it as well. I marked it down to 4 stars because we did notice a few discrepancies and typographical errors.

There was a delay in the shipping caused by post office and the seller made an outstanding effort to make sure that I recieved the item after the post office made a mistake. No doubt that I will do business with them again.
