This book is very helpful to use as a study aid and review for tests. It coincides with the textbook well. I highly recommend this guide to go along with the textbook even when it is not a mandatory purchase.

Information in this study guide is helpful but extremely time consuming.I did not find it helpful when studying for the exam. I did purchase the clinical companion and I found that the information was straight to the point and easy to understand. I would recommend using the clinical companion to study from because it summarizes the main points well.

Althought I liked the book, and esp. the clinical companion, I did not care as much for the workbook. Very little that I did in it helped me on tests. If you have the option, skip the workbook and go for the clinical companion.

The wrong item was mailed to me, but they replied very promptly to my concerns. They gave me a prepaid postage stamp and they promptly reimbursed me for my purchase.

I bought this for a senior level public health class I took recently. It was very well written and comes with a cd that allows you to learn and take tests on the material along the way. My nursing background is limited only to what I have learned from my mother (nurse of 30+ years) but it was enough to get me interested in looking into attending nursing school myself. Whether you take the class or not, I highly recommend the book.

I recently ordered this study guide for my daughter. She is a nursing student and has found that the study guides really help her prepare for tests. It was priced fairly and arrived when expected in great condition.

This was a book that I needed for school. It was a good price here, way cheaper than buying it from the school bookstore. It was just what I needed.
