This study guide and workbook are great. Excellent for getting ready for a test.Breaks the info down to the basics, and refers you to the exact page, table, etc in the main text where needed.Gives you review questions in multiple formats, to test your knowledge.

I'm taking an online pathophysiology course so this study guide is a good supplement for a no-lecture class. The textbook it accompanies isn't easy to read. The guide reviews topics in simpler terms and summarizes with tables and charts. Overall I think it was a good investment.

If you are struggling in Patho, this book is great. I used it for tutoring as well and the quizzes were very helpful.

I think it's a "must" with the book. The book is very long and this study guide helps narrow it down some and gives you sample questions. Very helpful for me.

I think this was a fairly useful study guide, but if you can really get into the text then you probably won't need this. Good if you want several different ways to solidify the information from the text.

Although, 1400+ pages, still could do a better job. The glossary is lacking and the CD that comes with the book could also be more detailed. Have used better Patho books and would not have bought this one if not required for a class. Good luck to all the Pathophysiology students out there...

This study guide was not useful in digesting "Understanding Pathophysiology". If you don't understand the original text you can't understand the questions in the guide. My technique was to read the original text, watch some you-tube videos on the specifics, and then study groups. Would not recommend this study guide to any student, it just doesn't help.
