I didnt find it helpful at all during the semester I took Intro to Psychology. I found it to slow me down in my studies since the cooresponding book has such long chapters. If you are taking more that this course this semester or any semester for that matter, I think you might find this to be true as well.

the study guide came i good condition and really helps me during my finals.....the shipping could haave arrived it bit earlier but it still came at a faster rate than i thought it would!!
