4.0 out of 5 stars A MUST READ for those interested in the Great Pyramid
If you only had one book you could buy on the Symbolisms of the Great Pyramid, this should be it! It covers all aspects of the symbology of the Great Pyramid, has clear diagrams and pictures (almost one per page), is written in current English, and is reasonably priced.

3.0 out of 5 stars On Capt's Study In Pyramidolgy
The work is an example of advanced levels of applied hermeneuticology and dialectic physics. Beginning with the mathematical principles of The Giza Structure known as The Great Pyramid of Cheops, only remaining wonder of the world, Capt outlines a series of remarkeable "coincidences" concerning the meaning hidden in the stones.

Will satisfy the interests of the...

4.0 out of 5 stars FROM THE BOOK, December 4, 2005
This review is from: Study in Pyramidology (Paperback)
An in-depth study of the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt including an analysis of its historical record its construction details its symbolism and its relation to the Bible.

"As I set about the task of writing a new study of the Great Pyramid of Giza, I am reminded of the words of John Taylor, one of the earliest students of Pyramidology: 'Many must approve, before the thought will enter into the popular mind; and if that result ever takes place, I am only one among many who are entitled to a commendation; nay, there is no room for commendation to any one, for all do but impart what has been given.'

"I am only one in a long line of students who have expounded on the Great Pyramid. My original work on the subject, The Great Pyramid Decoded (first published in 1971) was only intended to be an introduction to the subject. It was to draw attention to other more comprehensive works. (Ex. The Great Pyramid - Its Divine Message by David Davidson and H. Aldersmith; Great Pyramid Passages by John and Morton Edgar; Pyramidology in four volumes, by Dr. Adam Rutherford).

"All these writers have passed away and their works are out of print [Artisan Publishers stocks Dr. Rutherford's four volumes, see our Pyramidology/Stonehenge section, ed.]. Modern day writers on the Great Pyramid have brought out some excellent books, but they all fail to present the most important feature of the Great Pyramid - God's plan for humanity architecturally embodied in its construction.

"It was the desire to fill this void that motivated me to produce a second book on the Great Pyramid, expanding my earlier work with additional details and illustrations, without weighing it down with complex and technical information available from past research. And, most important, to present the spiritual aspects and current theories concerning prophecy revealed in the design of the Pyramid, as an unbaised observer. I will let the reader choose what position he or she will take." - E. Raymond Capt

Mr. Capt, through his efforts, as explained above, has richly rewarded the reader with the contents of this valuable book. It is truly an in-depth study of the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, including an analysis of its historical record, its construction details, its interior passages, its symbolism and its relationship to the Bible. Most interesting is the section dealing with the 20h century probes into its interior, and its remarkable coffin in the King's Chamber, not to mention the discovery that the Great Pyramid is the source for our modern weights and measures.

Nearly every page is accompanied by a drawing or photograph placed there to enable the reader to better understand the subject and thereby receive a greater blessing.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Study in Pyramidolgy, May 20, 2006
This review is from: Study in Pyramidology (Paperback)
To this point. It is certain the bset book on The Great Pyramid.

E. Raymond Capt is, in my opion, the best writer of Biblical Archaeology. His faith shows through in all his books. A Study of Pyramidology will explain the secrets of the Pyramid that you not hear or see anywhere. Either on Television, or, I would believe, in any magazines on the market. To understand why this is true is way too long an explanation to enter here. But simply put, there is much in this world hidden by those who do not wish you to have certain knowledge of God's great creations. Anyperson, young or old will have their eyes opended to the wonders of this great structure.

3.0 out of 5 stars On Capt's Study In Pyramidolgy, January 13, 2009

Will satisfy the interests of the learned scholar or pyramidical novice alike. Contains very fine graphics and schematics. Read a copy on loan from a friend which introduced to my mind certain new precepts. It seems more and more likely upon completing this work that the divine will is expressed within the pyramid, a pillar of Egypt as the Prophet Isaiah stated, a gospel in stone.
