This book has been a great help to me. It works out all odd numbered problems to the Calculus seventh edition text in great detail. I breeze through homework assignments now. This is one of the first study guides I've ever seen that actually gives helpful examples for possible test questions. If you want do well in your calculus class, this would definitely be a helpful addition to your arsenal. Only disadvantage is that there are no verbal explanations of procedures. If you have a half decent teacher this won't matter. You can get the how's and the why's from attending class.

The Study And Solutions Guide, Volume 1, Calculus, is an excellent aid for studying calculus. Numerous exercise examples are "worked out".

The product was as described. I received it in about three or four days, just as it was advertised. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and the guide proved to be very useful!

This book is a MUST for students using Larson/Hostetler/Edwards text. Most examples are well presented. Every now and then Edwards leaves out a step or two which has me scratching my head. But, hey, no book is perfect. I only which they gave answers to the even problems along with the odd ones. I used this book almost daily during my Calc I/II classes. I have even purchased Volume II for when I take Calc III/IV.

This manual is a must for those who take calc, and it came quickly and efficiently to me.
