Excellent companion to excellent text book.,

This is a supplement to "Precalculus 5th edition" by Larson, Hostetler, and Edwards (search for 0618052852 on amazon.com; see my review and clarifications there). Both books were published in 2001 by Houghton Mifflin Company. It has incredible resource site http://college.hmco.com/mathematics/students/. I have no affiliation with the publisher. From the pull-down Precalculus window on that site Select Title "Precalculus 5/e Larson/Hostetler ((c)2001)".
You'll be very pleased by what you find there. What's also impressive about these "Precalculus 5/e" and "Solution Guide" is that they are a part of the big learning/teaching package, which includes really cool Interactive CD-ROM (search for 0618072764) among other things. "Solution Guide" gives solutions to odd-numbered excersizes and to all Chapter Practice Tests and to Chapter and Cumulative Tests. If you seriously want to ace Precalculus - get this set. |
