A Little Bit of Everything
on July 14, 2012
Came across this book and had to see what every woman should know.
Now being the age I am(not telling), I wondered what I didn't already grasp
in my life so far.
This little gem has tons of information to help you in all aspects of your life.
The first section deals with how to "Do it yourself".
Tips like fixing a flat tire, how to sew a hem, plus, how to parallel park.
These indeed are important, I agree.
Next, this book deals with business and pleasure.
This is one of my favorites, by the way.
How to ask for a raise, how to throw a football, and how to act confident (Even When you are not.)
There are chapters on frienships, beauty and fashion, plus etiquette and socializing too.(too late for me now)!
Now some chapters were better than others I have to admit.
Like the one where it tells you "How to Give a Passionate, Mind-blowing,Knock-His Socks-Off Kiss".
All in all, this little book helped me in my quest for knowledge.
What shall I do with this booklet?
I have the perfect place, in the powder room for other people to enjoy!
The author Alanna Kalb, did a fine job with the 'Little' things in life.
As she states,"Taking care of yourself is the ultimate gift you can give yourself,
and you'll be a happier, healthier person for it."
