3.0 out of 5 stars Good for those who know nothing about real estate September 25, 2013
By Shirley
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I don't believe I am a good judge of this book. My husband has been a hardworking, honest realtor for 41 years. Although it could be informative for novice buyers, I felt that it called into question the ethics and intentions of realtors in general, which I don't think is the case. On a differnt point, I think that it would be a good paperback as well as e-book. (It could also use some spell check.)

More About the Author

Bill and his wife purchased their 1st house, a condominium, in the early '80s. Understanding the idea of " leverage", they grew a small down payment into a larger amount as their condo appreciated and sold several years later. With the money from the sale they were able to purchase their current home where they have raised their 4 children and now enjoy entertaining their grandchildren. Bill has also invested in real estate in Florida and is currently invested in Illinois and Texas markets.

Bill lives in New York City's forgotten borough, Staten Island, with his wife, four kids, three grandkids, two sons-in-law, two dogs and ... a partridge in a pear tree.
