I just bought the Heritage in the chrome on black with the light mother of pearl dial and have only had it for about a week. My first impression upon opening the box was that the watch exceeded my expectations in regard to its appearance. The dial is beautiful and the case and band all have a nice finish as well. In fact, I would say that the band is higher in quality than I expected and seems as if it will wear well for a leather band.

That said, the watch was a touch lighter than I expected based on its 42mm case size and when setting the watch you don't get the great sense of robustness. I have had a few watches in the $1k+ range and clearly this watch doesn't measure up but for $229 I think it's a pretty good buy. I guess I'll find out for sure over the next two years.

The movement seems pretty standard fare for a lower end swiss automatic movement and I don't have any complaints there so far. The sub dial with the swing second hand is definitely a cool feature.

Overall I'm very happy with the watch and would give it a solid recommendation for an automatic watch in this price range.

I have owned many low end automatic time pieces and have to say this is low end.Stuhrling really messed this one up big time. The design is amazing and the style is amazing, however the krysterna crystal they use is sooooo cheap I already have many scratches on it. Not only that you will need to change the leather band. The one that comes with the makes the watch look and feel very cheap and not durable. Stuhrling could have won me over if they would have used a sapphire crystal and a genuine leather band to finish this product off. I would honestly say buy an Invicta if you are going for quality. If you want looks buy this.

I have had this watch for about 2 years. It keeps really good time and has held up. I am a bit of a watch freak so I don't wear this every day, I have a collection of watches and its in the rotation. That being said I wear this one more frequently because: 1) it keeps pretty good time for an auto winder and, 2) its a very nice looking watch.

I actually think the fact that this watch is not "heavy" is a plus because its more comfortable to wear. The leather band is high quality and the window on the back of the watch to show off the movement is a nice touch. The mother-of-pearl face is a nice pale white and is very classy. The hands and hour points on the watch are luminous. The watch is also dead silent. I get many compliments on this watch, its been durable, and it keeps very good time if you keep it wound. If its not been worn in a while, or not been kept in a watch winder, just reset the time, give the crown a few twists to wind it and you are good to go. It looks like its a lot more expensive than it is. I give it 5 stars because its durable, looks great, keeps good time and the price is very reasonable.
