This review is from: Stuhrling Original Men's 150A.33151 Special Reserve 'Symphony Maestro II' Skeleton Automatic Watch (Watch)
This watch is everything you could want and more. I have a smaller wrist size, and will not buy a watch with a dial size over 44mm. This watch comes in at 42mm, and is perfectly balanced with my wrist. It doesn't come across as too small, or too big.
I generally stick with only metal bracelet watches, and this is my first leather band watch. The band is comfortable, and breathes well. It's definitely not for a huge wrist individual though. I have it on the third pin position on the watch band. So someone who generally has the wrist size to support a 50mm watch or thereabouts will likely not find this band a good fit. I was initially a little worried about the large crown size, but in person it's a nice size. The pictures on the site don't really do the watch justice. In person, every detail is beautiful and clear and even with all the dials, (Month, Date, Day, and 24-hour) it only took about 30 seconds to get everything set correctly. I got a phenomenal deal on this watch, and couldn't be happier with it. It's sophisticated look lends itself to a fine suit, or something slightly above casual wear. Couldn't be happier.

Beautiful accessory that fails as a timepiece,

It is a beautiful watch. It looks great on and people love it. If you wear watches as just an accessory, like a ring or a bracelet, then you will be happy with this product. As others have said, it is made in China, so it is not Swiss and does not have their quality.
As a timepiece, it fails for two reasons. First, since the majority of the face is silver and the hands are silver, it can be hard to read. Extremely hard to read if you don't have 20/20 vision or the light is a little low. If you are in a dim light setting, like a nice restaurant, a company meeting with a presentation going, or at dusk/dawn, it can be impossible to read. At least the other model of this watch has blue hands. It would have been helpful if they had chosen a different color. The second reason - and for me the reason to knock them down 2 stars - is that it does not keep time accurately. I understand that this watch does not have a battery and will not keep running for months on its own. I get that, I really do. However, even after winding the watch and wearing it for 4 days straight, I keep having to adjust the time, day, and date setting. I left the watch in a drawer on Friday evening - again, after winding the watch every morning and wearing it on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - and by Sunday it was 3 hours behind, and 1 day/date behind and the second hand was still ticking. Sorry, but I don't think I should have to daily babysit a watch or spend money on a "winding" case so that I can wear it without having to reset the time and day/date every single time. If manually winding it and having the motion wind it cannot keep it on time for more than a day or two, it is useless as a watch. So, as an accessory, it looks great and I will probably wear it ONLY for dressy functions that happen occasionally. Then, I don't mind having to set the watch. It won't be worn daily as I don't have the patience to have to set the watch every morning.

Very nice. I really like it. Although a little hard to see the time at night because of the skeletal design but totally worth it.
thanks
