The black PVD round stainless steel case is topped with a silver-tone unidirectional ratcheting bezel. A VERY NICE TIME PIECE,

This was the first Stuhrling watch of two that I have bought through Amazon. This watch is my every day work watch and as I work in the Oil & Gas Industry it gets a pretty good work out. After three months the watch looks and works as good as the day I received it, I use all the functions on the watch regularly with out any problem at all. The reason for four stars and not five is the illumination on the hands and numbers is not as good as it should be. I think the Stuhrling Brand is a great product at a good price and I highly recomend it to everyone looking for a very nice watch. I would also recomend when shopping on Amazon to deal directly with Amazon and not a second dealer I seem to get alot better service that way. Regards, J.R. Steger

Just received my watch. The watch is kept in a two piece box which is a nice solid orange box which also holds all the documents for the watch. The orange box is also protected by a glossy black sleave which you don't really need and because it's gloss is a waxy finish easily shows wear from handling.
I took the watch in to a jeweler to adjust the length (was large), the jeweler told me it's a bit difficult and suggested I go to another jeweler. The next jeweler also said it would be a bit tricky but nontheless was able to make the adjustment without much difficulty. I noticed him looking over the watch and I took the opportunity to ask him what he thought a watch like this is worth. He said maybe $500, so, (1) I am glad unlike other products the value is not a fraction of what they claim, (2) I am glad I purchased it at 77% discount and (3) I feel It's at least a $900 watch which is what the listed original price is. I also own a very similar Tag Heuer. I'd say this watch feels and looks just as good as the $2,000 Tag.
