A recent addition to the series, the Arbelos steps in with an innovative design and sporty presence that carries many of the same personality traits of Stuhrling’s most popular watch models, yet holds a distinct and unique presence all its own. At first glance you might expect the Arbelos to be a quartz watch, but really this timepiece is powered by a mechanical automatic movement. Its sport look comes from the beautiful fancy-shaped case with a matte-finished beveled bezel that features S-screws at every even hour position. The dial-work also enhances the look; the Arbelos features an acrylic base main dial, a hydraulically embossed outer perimeter dial and small seconds sub-dial on the second level. Semi-skeletonized hands with Luminova treated tips indicate the hours and minutes while a stylized rotating S pointer indicates the small seconds. Individually applied Arabic numbers and baton style indices span along the edges of the dial. The Arbelos comes mounted on a genuine leather strap with contrast stitching, and one execution comes with a high-grade silicon rubber strap. This timepiece is well-protected by the shatter-resistant Krysterna crystals.
