Stuhrling Original Men's 264XL.335R557 Gen-X-Sport Quartz Orange and Black Dial WatchAlthough I was very pleased with the watch's style and apparent quality, it began to stop running within the first 6 weeks. Since I do not wear it frequently, I initially thought that perhaps the crown had caught or been left pulled out when I was resetting it. But it stops whether on my wrist or in storage. I recognized the problem after the 30 day Amazon return policy, so I must send it to New York for service, including a US money order for $20 for return mail. I now search websites for warranty service before buying online, and find that many watches have only one address in North America for authorized service.

I ordered this watch earlier this week because I thought it was stylish and it had many features that I found appealing to the eye. When I received this watch in the mail, I was extremely disappointed, to say the least. The watch was the one that I had ordered, but the one that I received was USED!!! The wrist band was stretched out, the face was scratched, as well as the back metal piece. Last but not least, one of the components inside the face of the watch, was broken. I immediately contacted the returns department and asked how to ship this piece of defective junk back, and reimburse me with my money. I printed out the return label and told the gentleman in customer service, that I would never buy anything from Amazon AGAIN!!! What a disappointment!!
