5.0 out of 5 stars Capturing the Journey, April 3, 2002

This review is from: Stumbletown (Audio CD)
In the "smoothness" of story telling likened to Dylan, Steve Adams has successfully and artistically captured his journey of life to date. With the sincerity of effort that only a seasoned veteran could pull off, Steven has obviously traveled many paths but has apparently found the inner peace and wisdom necessary to belt out such profound pieces as "Stumbletown" and "Los Alamos". Within these pieces you can hear the pain of the past as it transitions into the joy and contentment of today, with great hopes of "Future Days".

For me, "Stumbletown" does what music is suppose to do but so seldom does today...it provides pure listening joy, tells a clear concise story, brings back memories of the past and motivates you to think of today. For what is apparently the artists first major work, it definitely leaves me anxious and prepared for his second wave of talent.
