This book is truly amazing for any subculture reader. Peter York, from Harpers & Queen fame, provides an original and accurate portray of various youth cultures and their styles (no one's ever been so damn close to it!). Best features: Sloane Rangers, Mayfair Mercs, New Mods and Boys own. A must for any person interested in an in-depth and entertaining depiction of the meaning of the subculture.

I first thought this book would be like the old movie Style Wars. The one with the break dancing in it. But this book is wack and not even worth looking at. So save your money and bounce away from here. Check ya hommies, Loca Kyla
