I like the liner, and it really does stay on all day -- love that! -- but the sharpening issue is a mystery to me too. I've used it only three times now, and already it seems to need some kind of resurfacing/sharpening, but I don't know how to do that. The packaging kind of concealed the fact that this would be a problem, as you don't know an ordinary sharpener won't work until the liner has been unwrapped. I don't want to have to buy a special sharpener I wasn't told about beforehand, either!

This liner is fantastic. It stays on throughout the day, despite terrible heat and humidity, and even a bit of sweating. The only thing I can't figure out is that the pencil claims to never need sharpening, yet I see no obvious way of getting more pencil once it's worn down, without sharpening. Is this a false claim, or am I missing something?

This eyeliner stays put better than any other pencil I've tried. I don't like the sparkles in this one, but they're not that noticable. I would've got one without glitter if I knew the glitter was even in this pencil. It smudges just a little throughout the day, and it's not much at all. I do use this as my regular eyeliner instead of MAC's smolder.

I already knew I liked the product because I had purchased it locally. But when it was no longer available, I went online. I have tried many eyeliner pencils but this is the first to really last all day. I received the product quickly and even with shipping the price was very close to what I had previously paid.

This eyeliner is truly amazing. It goes on smoothly - but stays put until you wash it off. I've spent years looking for an eye makup that stays on all day. I won't use anything else, ever!

Love love love this liner...with other liners it always slides down into the crease under my eyes but with this it stays exectly where I put it until i wash it off. Great product!!

BUT it comes off with ease.
The eyeliner remover, lip & brow liners are also wonderful!!
I have used every name brand out there and there isn't anything like this.
I would recommend it to everyone to try.

This product is perfect for my lifestyle. I don't have to worry all day that my makeup is smudged or missing. Always look fresh.

The color is way too light to show up on my eye lids and I'm fair complected. The product itself is good since I did use the other color I ordered.
