I just got this book in the mail today, and I can't wait to try a few patterns. Most of the patterns are for dog sweaters, but there are a few other nice things to knit, too. I would call myself an average knitter (I've been knitting for a long time, but I usually don't bother with very intricate or complicated knitting), and this book looks great for me. Other dog knitting books I have looked at have sweaters that look too complicated to be bothered with. That or they're making more dog patterns now that are too cutesy. This book has projects that are attractive, for the most part gender-neutral, and could be done in a weekend. If you're looking to knit something special for your four-legged best friend, I recommend this book.

This book is great! I have never made a sweater before. And totally understood the patterns and had excellent results for my little grandpuppy. Highly recommend this book. It's great fun.

These instructions were clearly written and there is a pattern for every size doggy.

I purchased this book based on the cover photo on your site---I especially wanted to make the little blue sweater with the panda bear and the darker blue one with the teddy bear on it. When I received the book it turns out that none of the sweaters in the photo you placed on the site are in the book! I cannot return it because there are no returns on pattern books! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Some patterns are not accurate, looking at the picture. Page 48, the pattern is completely different than what is shown in the picture. I've been knitting for over 50 years, and this is the worst waste of $25.00 for a pattern book I have ever come across. I emailed the publisher, but have yet to hear back.

Thanks to this book I have the best dressed dogs in town. All four of them look great in thier fashionable sweaters. Easy to follow instruction, full color pictures, some mom and pup creations too. I leave it on my coffee table so others can look at it and admire the fun filled pages of "Stylish Knits for Dogs".

This book is too funny!

I bought a book to make holiday gifts for friends... For the dogs in my life and their mamas! I have had so much fun with the project, that I just bought more books for friends to continue the tradition.

Your first books made me laugh, and now your new book keeps me in stitches!

I wanted to knit the green cable knit sweater in the picture on the front of the book, but the pattern created something totally different. I was very disappointed. On the publisher's website they have corrections for 3 patterns from this book. I have not tried the correction patterns, so I cannot attest to their accuracy. Don't waste your money on this poorly written pattern book!

I purchased this book last year. I knitted one pattern and the size of it would have fitted a snake perfectly but not a dog. I then examined some of the other patterns and found the pattern was not the same as the picture. i.e. the cable patterns were totally incorrect. I gave up then. I have since thrown the book out, something I never do. Waste of money.

I am rather new to knitting (less than 2 years), so a lot of pattern books I have come across are just too complicated. This book however keeps things very simple so even the beginner knitter can create these fabulous designs for their four-legged friends. There are also plenty of intricate designs to challenge the more experienced knitter. A lot of the sweaters are basically the same pattern, but there are enough variations to make each one unique. I highly recommend this book. You won't be disapointed.
