This product was recently introduced to us by some friends from Austria who live in the region where the Styrian pumpkin seed oil is produced. A dark green or reddish color, it has a wonderful nutty flavor. We put it on salads, noodles, rice, soups but our favorite way is to dip pieces of a good crusty bread into the oil. WOW!
