sizing chart unclear,

Product was shipped quickly as promised, but not the size i thought I was ordering. Product description did not include note that sizing chart was for children, not teens or adults. Return policy will not allow return of product as guidelines do not allow return of "materials". Disappointing that one cannot return order to correct size.
