If you own one soup recipe collection, make this the one! Lenore's book contains over 100 enchanting recipes that will satisfy vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters alike. With creations like her spice-kissed Fabulous Chipotle Baked Beans and smokey Mesquite Split Pea Soup, your flavor-packed mouth won't have a chance to miss meat. Other stand-outs include the licoricey Fennel Bisque and slightly sweet Navajo Bean Stew, using anasazi beans. All ingredients are readily found at health food stores or Whole Foods, if you live within the area of one (dried seaweed can be a little difficult to locate in regular supermarkets).
