This simple CD jump started my journey into astral travel. After listening to it a few times I started experiencing waves of energy going up and down my back. I later understood it was how energies sometimes communicate, which meant my body and mind were now ready and available for that kind of communication. This also meant I was well on my way to an out of body experience. To be truthful, I was so overcome by the energies, I took a break from it all (got pregnant). Now I miss it so much. Trying to find time in my life to concentrate on it again. It's a beautiful thing. Not to be taken lightly. I miss it so much. If you're ready for the journey, jump.
