I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I feel like I need to do it for others to take into consideration. I decided to buy this lights for my weading, but everything went wrong. I waited and waited and the lights never arrived. When I contacted customer service they told me that USPS informed that there was insufficient information on the address and my packet could not be delivered. When I confirmed the address everything was correct. I insist about what happened and they continue telling me that the error was with USPS and that they will refund me the money less the shipping. For me that was unacceptable because I didn't choose USPS or I didn't even send the packet so at this point I don't have the lights and I lost the shipping. Finally, the company's "Customer Service" write this final email:

Shame on you-the Post office screws up and you blame us and to send to another adress-WOW- I did refund all your money-before your stupid email--yes ALL of it-while we now go broke oh whoa is us!!!!
After 37 years we are going broke!

All youi had to do was say the DAMN Post Office screwed up---

NOT US we used your address your mail person hate you- OH WHOA is us we is goin broke- what are we goin do!!!!!!

So I lost money, I didn't receive the product and ended up treated like this.
You can decide what you want to do when you buy from this guys.

The light arrived in new condition, with working batteries and lights. They served their purpose at our wedding reception, inside glass water-filled vases, hidden under glass beads. It was necessary to disperse the light, or else the light all went straight up- and it was bright. Water and beads in the glasses helped this a lot.

I bought these lights for my wedding after emailing with the seller several times. They answered all of my questions so quickly! Once I ordered I received my package just a few days later. I received excellent service and a quality product. I would recommend buying from them to anyone. Thanks!!!

when I got this product it was badly packaged, the plastic had opened and all the lights were rolling all over the place the batteries came out and i had to put them all back together, I wanted to use them for my wedding but half of them are not even working and when they are light the slightest touch causes them to go out, its just terrible, I'm just counting it as a loss because the customer services sound just as terrible or even worse and I'm not in the mood to deal with that but take my advise and don't waste your time on this product!!!!!!!

Only five of the ten lights worked. Need I say more? Apparently there is no quality control. Unsure of the problem: dead batteries or faulty connections.

Product is good when lighted up, but I felt the battery compartment lock very plasticky with no smoothness. I was afraid tightening even a little hard would break it, but leaving it loose would get water inside it.

These lights create a absolutely beautiful ambiance to a centerpiece. Love them!!!!!!...The shipping was extremely fast, will do much more business in the future with seller. Great communication as well.

i ordered these along with the eiffel tower vases and they dont fit! not only that, but now i have one stuck that i cant get out, so its a waste of vase. they came in a plastic container that was busted open and they were in pieces. even after reassembling them, only about half of them worked. ill be returning them if i can.

really loved them they are really bright and are great when the lights go out in the country. They last a long
time and have several uses. Thhanks so much.

If you are planning on buying anything from this company, beware of their return policy. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT!!! I purchased battery operated merchandise from them early in December and when my daughter opened her present she'd already purchased them at Costco. This company also has a 7 day return on anything they sell. By the time Christmas came, it was already too late to send back let alone they had batteries. We never even opened the box!
