4.0 out of 5 stars Generation of Swine, September 3, 2008
This review is from: Submersion Journalism: Reporting in the Radical First Person from Harper's Magazine (Hardcover)
Brilliant collection from a brilliant periodical. Some of the articles expose such venality that you may become mad enough to spit. Especially scintillating is Ken Silverstein's expose on the lobbyists who were eager to help his (imaginary) firm cover up human rights abuses in Central Asia for the opportunity to exploit natural resources... for a price, of course. It just doesn't stop in this country, does it. Kudos to Harper's and to the New Press.
