Michael Cole's book Subprime is extremely entertaining plus educational at the same time. His cast of characters propel the reader's interest in the story. It is hard to put the book down. A money hungry/selfish old man starts the action, soon to be pitted against his young/energetic nephew who desperately wants to be sucessful in the Subprime mortgage business. Other intracting characters, both male and female, make the book a really good read. Be prepared to gain some knowledge and insight into the Subprime mortgage business.

Michael Cole's new book Subprime is an engrossing and easy read on the evolution and collapse of the subprime mortgage market. Through his vivid characters and genuine plot he explains how sometimes excessive greed and the desire for material success can overshadow the best of intentions and disrupt friendships, marriages and the entrepreneurial spirit. In the end, according to Cole, the rules of decency and fair play rule the day.
