A very difficult subject to write about. Thought is changing
continually concerning, "just what is this energy." The author while giving an excellent historical perspective, does not really answer the question. Just what is subtle energy, in relation to the universe he lives in. I am left wondering.Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation

John's insightful book lifts the veil of "Illusion" ... we are immortal Spiritual beings ... we are not just a bag of skin and bone animated by Light and Sound vibrations. A must read.
