Larry Edoff is an amazing artist of passion and depth. His incredible music is so rich, so textured - an intricate mix of off-the-charts musicianship with the heart of someone who lives and sees with eyes wide open. Check out his music - it will touch you in ways you've never known possible! Like fresh, cool water when parched with thirst!! I can't say it loud enough - check him out!!

You'll like this CD at 1st listen - you'll LOVE it the 2nd, December 31, 2003

I love this CD and I encourage anyone who likes the music of Sting, Peter Gabriel or Coldplay to buy "In Subtle Tones" by Larry Edoff -- you won't be disappointed. Thirteen songs (that don't all sound alike) over 50 minutes of great music, a lyric booklet (with print that you can actually read) and a really nice eco-friendly package.
It's hard to choose a favorite song from this CD because they are all really good - not one dud on the album! Larry Edoff is a very talented musician and songwriter with a strong, clear, beautiful voice.
"Don't Go Silent" is powerful and moving
"She Waits For Me" wonderfully romantic
"In Subtle Tones" is my favorite lyrically
"Listen To My Heart" will have you dancing in no time
"Fine Art of Standing" has a bit of a country/Americana sound
"Watch Out Where You're Going" is funky and fun (you'll become addicted to this one it's so catchy)
"So Far" reminds me of a timeless ballad (a lovely song)
"15 Time" is an amazing song and if I had to choose just one, it would be my favorite (reminds me of the band Traffic, the "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys" album in particular)
Sit down with a glass of wine and experience this CD from start to finish.
