Experience + Reaction = Outcome. What I love about this book is that this information should be common sense. You hear it, and you think "DUH!" Yet it's not how we are living our lives. Jack reminds us, in plain terms, that we hold the reins in our own lives. If we dont like an aspect of our lives, we have the power to change it! And he tells us how to do it. Whether you struggle with personal relationships, weight, finances, your job, your kids or your happiness; all are within your power to change.

It's a must read, truly.

I really like Jack's candid presentation and he has an endearing personality. Jack Canfield offer's a wealth of information in this DVD presentation. He also offer's many practical ways to accomplish the priniciples mentioned. This is definitely a product I recommend.
