About the Author

Geoffrey Heard is the owner of The Worsley Press and runs its wholesale and retail operations. A long time journalist and PR man, he has worked for many years as a small business marketing, advertising and promotions consultant, mainly working with retail business ranging from ice cream stores to a funeral director. He has a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Business (Marketing). At 15, Gordon Woolf was running a greengrocery in London's East End in his after-school hours. Emigrating to Australia, he worked as a journalist and editor and with his wife, Gwen, has owned and run a variety of small retail businesses, a bookshop, a small rural newspaper, a retail printery, and a convenience store in a major rural city. Gordon founded The Worsley Press and sold it to Geoffrey Heard in 2005.
