About the Author

YOUNG CHAE is a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young's Y2K projects at the Accelerated Conversion Center in Costa Mesa, California, where he supervises COBOL program conversions for numerous Fortune 500 corporations. STEVEN ROGERS is a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP in the Management Consulting Information Technology Group and is the Conversion Manager for its Accelerated Conversion Center Year 2000 factory.
