With children graduating college and starting to give serious thought to coming into the business...I found this book a good way to approach the subjects that we often feel uncomfortable discussing.
It is a great place to start thinking about successorship...or an exit strategy....with the children assuming the helm.

this book contains very helpful business, legal, and pyschological advise for owners, participants, and advisors to family businesses. I strongly recommend it!
