This was probably the biggest waste of money I ever made. Almost the entire book is just "sample forms" of different things you will never need when you're a tour director. I don't even know how this book is for sale. It literally provided no valid information. The author should be ashamed of himself for putting a product like this out. Don't fall for the preview pages given on amazon here. Past those pages is all complete nonsense. I opened up this book, looked through it and it was in the trash about 10 minutes later. This "book", seriously has to be a joke of some kind. To the author and publisher of this useless piece of filth: I award you one star (0 was not available), and may God have mercy on your soul.
