I have been on the Telesales business since 1996, working for companies with more than 25,000 positions at Operations and Acount Management positions. This book has everything to manage a contact center at the best possible performance.This is my third book, because the other two, I gave them to colleagues. I bought the first one at 1996, and, we know that the term "Telemarketing" is outdated, and evolved to "Teleservices", but the content on it is a really gold mine. A Good, and practical book must be easy to understand and apply. Kathy has a way to write that combines examples and theory successfully. You will need no more but much experience to run this kind of business well. This book will help yo to make your path to expertise, a fast and enjoyable experience. |
