I just happened to be getting ready to build a web site for a small business owner when I got this book - and what a great resource it was. It helped break down what could have been an overwhelming task into understandable and workable steps. Monica has a talent for sharing her experience and knowledge in a way that is welcoming, not condescending, and very reasonable, practical, and relevant to the way business is being done today. I'm glad her approach is from a woman business owner's perspective - but it would certainly be useful for anybody.
