The Successful Writer's Handbook is a comprehensive, lively and easy to read guide for developing a professional writing career. It is filled with hundreds of real life examples and the great tools and professional techniques used by Patricia L. Fry, an accomplished and prolific author. Reading it made me feel like I had my very own writing coach who knew all the delicious secrets of the trade and took great joy in sharing them with me. I was especially interested in the techniques for overcoming writers' block and the need to consider marketing my work while it is being written. As a wannabe writer, I had never before considered all that goes into getting published and preparing to deal with the business side of a writing career. From cover to cover this is a valuable resource that will continue to have a place on my desk and guide my work. Thank you Patricia Fry! Great job!
