There Is Beauty In The Writing: Simplicity & Depth,
By "anoniemoose" (East Coast, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Such is the Way of the World: A Journey Through Grief (Paperback)
Barbara Brisson has written a beautiful book on grief--simplicity and depth all in one. Often, in the midst of grief, there isn't the energy or ability to read or focus for too long. Grief is difficult work, emotionally and physicially. Brisson's book can be a deep comfort, and is clearly written from the heart with great spirit. Includes: Death As Transformation & Change; Grief & The Grieving Process; The Healing Process; A Time To Heal; Transformation As Growth, Ways To Heal Yourself & Help Others. Highly recommended.

SUCH IS THE WAY OF THE WORLD A Journey through Grief by Barbara Schiff Brisson,

This review is from: Such is the Way of the World: A Journey Through Grief (Paperback)
One of the main books I try to have on my parish office shelf to give to anyone grieving the death of a loved one. It is easy to read and speaks to what I have found are the key issues to be faced in the grieving process.
