Biography

Based in Sacramento, Warp 11’s rock prowess is demonstrated at west coast shows packed with an unlikely mix of the sci-fi convention-savvy and college rock crowd, who wear sci-fi costumes, bounce and belt out lyrics to favorites such as “Seven of Mine.”

5.0 out of 5 stars Warp 11's initial album..., December 4, 2002

This review is from: Suck My Spock (Audio CD)
Warp 11's initial album was a great release. Holosuite Woman, Crusher, Yeah Brother, and Suck My Spock are really rock'in tunes that drive this album. However, songs like Deanna What's on My Mind and Make it So are a nice balanced contrast in comparison.
Not to mention that Baby You Make Me Crazy (ala The New Cadets on the Block) is just plain hilarious in context.

If you like Star Trek and you like to rock, buy this album.

"Suck My Spock" is jam-packed with excellent songs that cover all kinds of topics related to Star Trek. From "Montalban" and "Shatner" to "Holosuite Woman" and "Deanna What's on My Mind?" there's something here for everyone.

The best thing about Warp 11 is that the band is actually good -- it's not *just* a Star Trek band, it's a *good* Star Trek band! Every song will make you want to get up and dance!

Big ups to my local boys Warp 11! Check out Warp11.com for more info.
