I love this eye pencil. It has a thick tip and glides on easily. This pencil can be smudged with the sponge tip, but it stays on for a long time if you choose to not smudge/blend it. I've used Chiang-Mai, which is a soft black, dark gray; Kenya, nice basic brown; Zaire, fun brownish-plum/purple; and a navy-colored one whose name I can't recall, but was a very wearable-navy color.

I have been pretty pleased with this eyeliner, which I purchased a few weeks ago. Three things that I recommend if you purchase it:
1) Use a eyelid primer first, to help it last;
2) Once you have applied the eyeliner, you can apply a bit of eye shadow (similar color) on top of it to help it last and to help even out the line;
3) The Sue Devitt eye pencil sharpener is pretty key for this- I tried a different brand, and it was clear that was going to do more damage than good. The SD sharpener is made specifically for this and is probably the best tool.
My eyelids are prone to 'getting rid' of eyeliner that I put on there, and I've been pleased with how this has lasted. It is also quite smooth to apply.

I've been using Sue Devitt's Eye Intensifier Pencil (in Gold Reef) for years now - I love the way it glides on (i.e. no pulling during application) as well as the highly pigmented color it leaves. Easily blendable, you never feel that you have that "eyeliner" look when you put it on. It's also pretty long-lasting - I don't touch up my makeup while I am at work, but it always lasts through the day. It's also "buildable," meaning you can keep applying and smudging if you want a more dramatic or evening look. Plus, the stick lasts you forever, so it's a great bang for your buck.

Over all, other than concealer/foundation, it's the only other thing I absolutely cannot live without in my makeup bag. Love, love, love this product.

This is a fantastic eyeliner -- it's a thick pencil, soft and extremely easy to apply a thick line right where you want it, with no tugging. It's also very long lasting. It doesn't dry out like some of my other pencils have. The sponge tip at one end is handy for smudging.

The colors are gorgeous -- Zaire is a unique purple shade that is surprisingly flattering and surprisingly neutral on. I also have Tanzania, which is a rich golden/brownish shade.

My only gripe about the pencil is that the plastic caps on both endsare prone to breaking. For that reason, I wouldn't toss this into my purse like I do many of my other cosmetics.

Color Name: Kenya
For bright, wide, sparkling eyes there's nothing like a touch of pencil to bring out the color of your peepers. This Eye Intensifier Pencil by Sue Devitt is one of the best I've used.

Plus, it does double duty - the color is on one end of the pencil and a smooth, flexible tip is at the other end for defining the line just as you wish. The color is soft enough not to pull delicate eye skin yet extremely rich - aptly named it is intense.

The color contains Nylon-12 which provides all day (or night) flexibility so the line isn't changed by facial movements. After all, we do have eyes and we want to use them. It is as advertised smudge proof and waterproof so I do recommend a good eye makeup remover.

While the pencil comes in a bevy of shades my current favorite is Kenya.

The colors are very nice as is the smudger on the end, however, these smear and don't last more than a few hours if that. One of the colors I got was so waxy, it wouldn't even go on over my eyeshadow-it just sort of skipped around-very messy. $22 each is pricey for something that doesn't last. I've found similar pencils that last all day/night for half the price.

Also be advised AGAINST ordering thru Dermastore. They are very particular with returns/refunds. Read their policy very carefully before ordering. It's not worth the hassle of returning and getting hit with a 20% restock fee on something if you are over 15 days. I would not order from this site again, they are difficult to deal with.
