Sue Stevens is the founder and CEO of Stevens Wealth Management on Chicago's North Shore. She has an MBA from University of Chicago and has held leadership roles at The Vanguard Group in Pennsylvania and Morningstar in Chicago.
Sue's career path has been anything by typical. After graduating from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, she played cello professionally with the Chicago Symphony as an extra, worked with world famous performers like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Mannheim Steamroller and became a member of The Recording Academy.
So you can imagine Sue's perspective on money management has been shaped through a variety of experiences. In addition to attending the University of Chicago, Sue also earned a Master of Science in Wealth Management from the College of Financial Planning, is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional, a Certified Public Accountant/Personal Financial Specialist and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Sue was named one of 50 Distinguished Women in Wealth Management twice and is frequently named as one of the top advisors in the country by Worth, Bloomberg, Reuters and others. Sue's first two books, Put Your Money Where Your Heart Is™ and Radiant Wealth, First Edition, have won multiple awards.
