Great Book,

I have an old copy of this book that a friend of mine happen to like so I came here to Amazon and found it.This book has tons of pictures from all over Suffolk County. Chances are high that the town you live in or grew up in is photographed in this book. I would like to see a bit more information in the book about the towns but otherwise I recommend it to all Long Islanders!

If you are into local history, you'll love this book. It is filled with historical photos, dating back to the late 1800s. I very much enjoy looking through the photos and comparing them to the towns I know, love and grew up going to. It will remain on my reference shelf for many years to come.
