About the Author
Max Sturman, a US Navy World War II veteran was born in NYC and now resides in San Diego, California. This octogenarian dances regularly and works out daily. His large garden of fruits, vegetables and flowers helps him keep healthy and outdoors. He started the Do It Naturally Foundation due to his concern for the children of the US, especially obese children; he was one and remembers the humiliation. He hopes to do his part in teaching people of all ages to eat healthfully and in eliminating obesity.
