Sugino chainring,

I replaced the 28t small chain ring on my circa 1985 touring bike with this 24t ring to extend my lower range gearing. It fit my Sugino AT crank perfectly using the existing hardware and works fine. My gearing range now exceeds the chain storage ability of my old rear derailleur, so I will replace that, too.
