This Mongolian legend illustrates the unique bond between a boy and his white horse and tells the story of a struggle that the boy and the horse face. When a terrible tragedy occurs the boy has to find a way to get through these hard times. With the help of his horse he is able to get through these times and creates an instrument of a significant meaning and makes beautiful music for all the world to hear.My professor really loved this book. She found it as a must read for me. I found the book to be fairly interesting.
