A good watch for any ST fan. Would've enjoyed more scenes involving the crowd, however. Overall a good concert DVD. The sound was good as well.

I think this is a great DVD as far as musical performances go.

The camera work isn't professional and doesn't show particular musicians close up when they are cutting loose, ie. wrong camera selections at times. I guess the camera work adds to the real punkness of the feature which, I admit is a pretty cool effect, my main let down was that when Steve Brunner or one of the guitarists did a solo, you couldn't see a good angle of them doing it.

The only other issue with this DVD is the audio mixdown - too much vocals at times, not enough crowd mics/volume and the general mix is all over the show. Sadly, I expected much more of the ST crew

On the other hand, any Suicidal fan should have this DVD. It is a great selection of songs, including a No Mercy track. And it is IMO, one of the better punk/music DVDs I have seen (not limited to 3 cameras etc. and the cameras are moving around the stage for some real alternative angles)

No Blu-ray? Other than that track listing looks good and I'm sure it will rock since I just saw them and they rocked.

I was at this show. The entire night was called, "Waking The Dead" which included Flipper, FEAR, The Germs and Marky Ramone as opening bands.

The dvd doesn't do it justice... it was an amazing night.

NOTES:

1. Why the short set list? Why wasn't **Insert Song** played?

Answer- Since the Olympic Auditorium was purchased by a Korean church and was going to be made into a church, Suicidal had the opportunity to play at the Olympic as it would be the FINAL show there. Since ST has played at the Olympic many times in the 80s, they wanted to play songs from that era (pre-How Will I laugh Tomorrow) and trew in a couple newer songs. So that is why no songs from any album after 'Join the Army' were played except for 'Ain't Gonna Take It, We are Family' from 'Freedumb' and a newer song that has yet to be released.

2. Why isn't there any old footage from the 80s and 90s as Bonus footage?

Answer- Why should there be? If you really know about ST then you should know that ST has always been about moving forward and not re-living stuff that has already been done. The 80s and 90s line ups are LONG GONE.... MUIR, CLARK, PLEASANTS, BRUNER and MOORE are SUICIDAL TENDENCIES now (even thou Moore is not on the DVD). Get over the fact that Rocky and Trujillo are not in the band anymore. If you don't like the Rocky-Trujillo-less ST then MOVE ON and don't buy the DVD!! Simple as that! That is why there is no Bonus stuff from the 80s and 90s.
