Product Description

Elisa has problems. For one thing, she tried to commit suicide, and she would have succeeded too if it weren’t for a pesky vampire. For another thing, she is now surrounded by mentally unstable vampires with hidden projects and agendas. And, as if it couldn’t get any worse, she has to deal with a mysterious mage, a human who knows too much, a junk-food addicted demon, and worse of all: Jennifer.

About the Author

Here's a book with a different take on vampires. No fangs here. Elisa is given a new life when she tries to take her own. She's now a half-vampire and thrown into a world of deception and tight lipped vampires. While trying to learn all that she can about the vampire, she'll meet several different vampires. But who can she trust? She'll also meet a very powerful mage and his demon assistant, Smith.

I have to say Smith is my favorite character. He's got a bit of humor to him and I enjoy when he's been called by Elisa. I wasn't sure of this book at first, but as soon as Smith was introduced I was hooked. I look forward to more books in this series.

There is only one drawback to this book; the editor did a lousy job. It's not so bad you can't read the book, but it should have been edited much better. I still recommend the book to those who love the vampire.

This book had me laughing aloud. I love the quirky main character with her unabashed outbursts. A different twist on vampires altogether and refreshingly unique. The characters seems very alive and real. "Bravo!" and thank you for sharing this story to the author! This adventure will get two thumbs up from me!Looking forward to reading the next installment...
