This book really explains in great detail how to pervent class action cases. It is a great refrence to refer to especially for young companys. A must buy!!!!!!!!!

One day while at a vacum cleaner seminar with my family, I began to realize that I was feeling a little woozy. No, it wasn't the pickeled ham I had for breakfast... No, it wasn't father's key note speech on cleaning filters quarterly...No, It wasn't a panic attack.....It was a CLASS ACTION DICRIMINATION SUIT and it was coming on strong!!! These endless chapters on legal gargain were my only way to fend off evil plantifs trying to sue me under the table. This book ranks up with my favorites, and is a must have for all readers of great books like Where's Waldo In Hollywood and Curious George goes to the ZOO.
