If you've got hundreds (thousands?) of fonts, I believe Suitcase is absolutely necessary. Great new interface. Easier than ever to use, although it took a bit of head-scratching initially to get everything organized. Conveniently works directly in Adobe CS4 InDesign and Illustrator.
