This is the most authentic mix I have ever used. Even though it's a little expensive, it's much cheaper than going to an Indian restaurant.

I first bought Sukhi's Tikka Masala Curry Paste at the Livermore Farmer's Market in California. I was hoping it was edible. It was way more than that. It's as good as any restaurant, in my opinion. I was once making it for dinner when a friend dropped by my house and stood next to me over the stove as I cooked it raving about the smell. Now she buys Sukhi's, too.
