She works for her mother Jung's party planning firm and has her own high-tech research and consulting business. She is looking for a guy who is "just right" to be complete, in a pleasant relationship.

John has his own, successful, muscle car building business and tutors college students on the side. He would not mind a calm relationship either, with a woman close to his age, not three weeks older than his son "Tag," an Army JAG Officer who is all of three weeks younger than Suki.

Against the odds, Suki wins John over, in spite of her tricks.

They are both libertarians, enjoy shooting sports and are experts with everything they shoot, enjoy each other's likes, especially a little extra spice in their romance.

Unfortunately, the rest of the world will not let them lead a peaceful life.

About the Author

The fictional LTC (RET) John Tagliaferro was an Army Aviator, Program Manager and Defense Contractor. Now a muscle car builder and father to US Army JAG and Ranger Officer, Jonathan Tagliaferro. By the end of the series he is husband to Suki Tagliaferro. The real person behind the character and pen name will remain a mystery.

The character and author John Tagliaferro, was born an only child, grew up in Maynardville, Tennessee. Vanderbilt University graduate, retired Lieutenant Colonel, US Army Aviation with an Armor and US Cavalry background. He was also a Defense Contractor during his Reserve Service, as well as before and after his Active Duty service. He learned car restoration from his father, Josef.

Divorced in his early 30's, he concentrated on rearing and educating his now accomplished son between deployments.

John Tagliaferro's functional background is in Finance and Logistics.

The real people behind the pen name and character posses all of the background and education of the author.
